The Chairing Solution was founded by Pieter de Bod, who has more than 30 years of experience handling disciplinary and grievance challenges in the corporate commercial environment as well as to smaller independent organisations.

This equipped him with experience that cannot be acquired any other way. Findings at all cases to date have been successfully upheld at CCMA appeals.

Our mission is to provide independent and unbiased solutions that help businesses resolve internal conflicts effectively, first time round. Ensuring that all cases are procedurally correct and substantially fair. This will allow the client to avoid possible costly losses at appeals as well as to focus on running their business without the interruption of a disciplinary process.
